spicy video aint playing any help?

Tried several times now, but the game always crashes at the 'Loading..." screen, just after I'm asked if I want audio on or off (and it doesn't seem to matter which option I choose). It can only be killed with Task Manager. I notice the Unity Crash Handler is running, but it too does nothing....

Chapters 1 and 3 achievements worked just fine, but I missed the second one somehow... Is there a way to trigger it with a specific girl or I need to reset the game?

Something broke after the today's update, all inventory removed, no cards available, all chars unlocked, but only the beginner girl open for fights, no gallery available, can do barely anything...

I purchased some gold several hours ago but none of it has shown up in my account
