This puzzle almost made me cry. After completing Myst 1 and Riven completely blind I finally caved in at this piece of ♥♥♥♥ of a puzzle. I feel ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horrible. Can someone at least explain how the ♥♥♥♥ are you supposed to get this?...

To note, these questions apply to Myst III, IV, and V 1. Was there any promotional content in these games? 2. Is anything permanently missable? I know the other games have different endings, but I assume they're mutually exclusive (correct me if I'm wrong). 3. Are these games identical on all platforms, or did some versions add/removed/changed anything? 4. Do these games have any bonuses that are unlocked by having them connect to a different video game?...

Recently started the game, I really want to play it however the game is stuttering when ever I start looking around. It's a hard stutter jumping a few frames. Truly takes away from the game experience. I've looked around and havent seen any other people experiencing it. Anyone aware of a fix?...

When playing Myst III Exile on my MacBook Pro with Ventura OS, the game would freeze as soon as I tried to save or exit, after requesting access to my Documents folder. When I granted full disk access to the correct file the problem was solved - the *correct* game file was located here: ~>applications>library>application support>steam>steamapps>common>Myst III Exile>Exile ( ~ indicates username)...

Followed Saavedro to his locked building, went down to the cottage at the bottom of the rocks and got the journal. Raised the elevator to reveal the weights and gears, but as soon as I move wt #1 the screen freezes and the game just quits after about 5 seconds. No errors, just closed the game. I have looked through the discussions and don't see anyone else having this issue. Any ideas?...
