I have the graphics maxed out, yet whenever I ADS, It's hard to make out anything past the sight/scope. Am I missing something, or something I can mod?

So i´ve got a frustrating Problem, maybe im not the only one who encountered it. I own myself a HP Reverb G2 Rev2 WMR Headset, in the older Days of Zero Caliber all works perfectly fine, but now since the big "Grand Update" started in December i can´t get even through the Menu, the Triggers doesn´t even recognize any input here, the Custom Keybinds from the Workshop don´t seem to work, because it´s for older Versions https://steamproxy.net/profiles/76561198156423248/screenshot/2058763139502416858...

I'm seeing a lot of people stuck at the initial startup but I haven't seen any fixes. Is there a fix? I'm using Quest 2. I can't move or click on the initial startup screen for the graphics choice.
