Every step of my way will automatically save, for example copy , paste , add image etc , it make the software so lag , impossible to continue using , Automatically save every second so laggy and annoying . please help me

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 20H2, this software constantly crashes when exporting a video. I cannot use it anymore. Was this software tested in that version of Windows 10 64-bit? It's either that or it's because this software received a suspicious update recently from Steam which the Developer doesn't know anything about. I hope this issue can still be checked and resolved....
