I'm just going to list stuff off. - Balconies. Allowing us to attach balconies to rooms would be great aesthetic. A private room with a balcony view? That's an automatic star rating from quests. But anyway, yes, balconies. - Bathtubs? How about rooms with just in ground baths? Having a bath house beneath or on the main floor would be way better than having to build a tub for every guest room in the inn. Last time i played, about 2 years ago, I had a whole room full of beds that I was able to have a bunch of people sleep in and get paid. What room type is that ?
