I can't find the number_pad setting in the options anywhere, I hope this setting will be implemented as that is an absolute must for me. This option disables keys in the are of 'j' and 'k' etc as movement keys and gives them other functions instead: 'j' becomes jump and 'k' becomes kick etc. There is an error message popping up at the beginning of the game and saving is impossible. The error message is: "cannot create file "lev0.1" for level 1 (errno2)" - this error seems to prevent saving - the same happ...

If Nethack's window is black upon launch, try to switch the GPU that runs the game. For Nvidia cards, it can be done via rightclicking on the desktop and going into Nvidia settings, google and look it up.
