When I move mouse, camera lags all the time. It is impossible to play. I tried full screen/bordeless; different resolutions; worst details; vsync on/off; vsynch on in nvidia control panel and off in game - it seems nothing helps. What else can I try?

how are you supposed to figure out the Siren Bell puzzle? I thought there may be a clue or something. Every guide I look up just gives you the answer, but that is not satisfying.
