i bought all the games dlc's. upgraded my ram from 32gb to 64gb. upgraded from fx8350 to r7 5800x (fried my 5700x). upgraded from rx590 to rx7600 (previously on rx5500xt 8gb) games now not on HDD but SSD. and its not utilizing the hardware still. 19fps and only my cpu is breaking a sweat a tiny weeny bit but not much at 54% or less and the gpu is 40% used and the ram is using about 31.8gb... anyone got a mod fix for performance. im only a FHD gamer so i dont need 4k enhancements just 60fps fixes please....
