The high score table seems only to be a record of the highest score obtained by a single ship, rather than the total for the entire game. Is this intentional? There doesn't seem to be any point in trying to score points with your second or third ship as you're unlikely to exceed the score gained by the first ship. Also, since you have to use the keyboard to enter your initials, could the input be extended so that you can simply type your initials? And, since you enter your initials "arcade style" using L...
