A broken title, with no means to launch. I have to download 3 microsoft software kits if I want this to work, which should not be the responsibility of the consumer to fix a basic issue like this. Assuming the product can be bought the forums have been scrubbed clean and nobody is claiming responsibility for this issue. Just a heads up, to avoid at all costs. Keep trying to start the program and it will flash the window saying it's opening, then I'll get a dinging sound then nothing.
