So what exactly was going on with Kimmy's family? Were we supposed to know what the mothers talked about? Mal the baby is being neglected by Kimmy's dad but then she dies and Kimmy's family move out of town into the dead grandma's house. Is the implication supposed to be that Mal died of neglect? Or even that Kimmy's dad killed Mal so they could live in the smaller house?
