Even effectively locking progress behind PVP can't get people to actually play the PVP. Just make an honest single-player/coop game already.

Why can't you get money for replaying single player missions?

The online for this game is dead and you don't get anything at all for replaying the single-player missions. Also, I seem to be stuck at level 1 no matter how many missions I complete. Sad...
