Why does it say "free to play" but costs $2.39?

Given only 14% of the U.S. even own a passport ― keeping mind that many of those would be diplomats, "the 1%", celebrities and athletes ― the only difference between the Disunited Failed States of Autism and Kimmy-J's Orwellian dystopia, is the "freedumb" to stuff one's jowly gob with junk food! Moreover, Norks actually try to escape their predicament. Burger just wallow in their mess... even entertaining corralling it behind "great walls" and then gloating about it! xD Just sayin'....

I don't see an option to purchase? Perhaps it requires $AUD pricing? :)

Ive goten to the point where ive used all items available (Unifrom, chicken wing/bone, passport, money, rat, and key) Idk if the game is unfinished but id like to finish it, its such a nice little game, and i did pay for it after all.

I can't use any of the found items in the capital. I have tried to click og drag the stuff a hundred times but nothing works. I can see in a play trough on youtube, that there is supposed to be a button above the item that says 'use', but there isn't such thing in my game. Anyone else with the same problem? I'm playing on macOS Sierra - maybe it's that which causes the bug?...
