Game worked on my other pc ,loaded steam on this one and the game just sits there loading till I cancel it

I think the game needs to get rid of props, so real players are playing other pool players with REAL TALENT!!!!!!!!!! No Cheats At ALL!!!!!!

Whenever I start up the game, it shows me a picture and does nothing else. It worked the first time, but has now stopped working. It looked like a good game. Please help.
