Where are they?

Steam always says "Failed to start game (uknown error). Also tried to delete appcache folder and tried running it as a admin. Someone a solution?

I dont really see any options for the game while playing, or maybe they aren't obvious to me, but I was just wondering if there is any way I can get this to display on my primary monitor? For some reason it prefers my secondary (smaller) monitor. While not the worst, my set up requires me to turn to look at that monitor. I noticed someone asked for a windowed version, that might help this issue as well! Thanks!!...

Game starts up on 2nd monitor, how do I get it to go to my main monitor (I don't see options to put in windowed mode or anything)?

Please consider making a windowed option, it would be more convenient.
