I love this game with all my heart, I have beaten it multiple times either solo or co-op on PC and Xbox. My younger brother Trinity used to play it with me on Xbox and we were both so excited for the third game. I remember how excited he was to show me the State of Decay 3 trailer when it dropped.

Unfortunately when the 3rd installment of this game releases I will be playing it by myself without one of my favorite survivors. Trin passed before State of Decay 3 released, so I will be braving the wasteland by myself. You always think you have more time with the ones you love but sometimes you don't. So for the short 18 years he was here with us, thank you Undead labs for the good memories we shared together on this game while surviving in Trumbull Valley.
I know with reviews you are typically supposed to say what you liked and disliked about a game so other people can decide if they want to buy the games for themselves but I love this game exactly the way it is. The way it was when Trin and I would play it together, and writing this review has helped me feel just a little better by remembering the good times we had while playing State of Decay 2.

It's a game with endless replay-ability. I don't think I have had any one play through that has mirrored the last. I have hundreds of hours on XBOX One and S console. But I wanted more, so I decided to get it on PC so I could mod the game and have new fun experiences. Try it you'll love it!

A game that is SIMILAR to The Walking Dead TV show. Really fun, but if you play it continuously you'll eventually get bored of it sadly

Probably one of the best zombie survival games available that's actually complete and looks good, too. It's a lot of fun, but does lack some of the 'persistence' and 'customization' that other games offer - although I'm sure there are mods out there worth checking out. Still, it scratches that itch of base building, scavenging, and zombie action that so many promise yet fail to deliver in a quality, polished, and easy to use experience like this one does.

Several CTD from top of the line rig.
Would't recommend getting it and I do not recommend pre-ordering the next.
This was more or less a beta game that was never polished off for full release.
