Is it actually possible to pay back your loan in this game?If it is possible, can anyone give me any tips? Because I'm stumped.

When I try to launch the game, the loading dialog box opens but keeps closing and reopening. It never does load the game. And, I have to wait for it to reappear to force close the dialog box eventually. So, I can't play the game because it won't start. I tried validating the game cache. It was successful, but the gaem still won't start. Please advise....
