Crashes Instantly (Rift S)

For some reason the game crashes as soon as I launch it, which is weird because on my old PC I never had any problems, I have an RTX 3060 with an I5 core and 8 gb of ram so I don't think it's overwhelming the PC, my log is below not sure why this is happening, even tried reinstall Oculus from another post I saw but no luck. Game does not open

Hey guys, Just got the game on sale and after hitting the play button, it says running, the cursor turns to the blue spinning circle, the icon appears in the taskbar, then the icon disappears and the running button goes back to saying play. I am on a 4070 laptop with an i9-13900h, 16gb of ram, and windows 11. Anyone know how to fix this?...
