Can one hide the UI?

So, what I'm wondering is if anyone here has a favourite girl, and if you do, who she is. Personally, I am a huge, huge fan of Jessie. Her long, red hair was lovely, and I simply adored her personality. She was curious, in an interesting way, and her focus on trying to do the best for her family was a very common way of thinking back in those ages (and is a bit of a cliche for yuri, which isn't a bad thing). I really enjoyed this game and it's interpretations of the characters from the classical novel into their F/F couple events. Since that is the case I really want to see a DLC or extra stories added to the original game that touch up on what happened after...

I've just finished my first run of the game and it was absolutely amazing. Couldn't help but shed a tear at the end. Music is top notch too. I picked Becky which I believe is the only choice that makes sense, even in the 1905 novel Sara takes Becky with her. So, what sense is there to pick anyone else? Why would Sara try to run after the others when she can have Becky who understands her far better? Also, does Sara leave Becky behind in that hellhole if you take a different route? I'm really conflicted a...
