Seems a while since there was an update, is this game borderline abandoned or is the developer still working on it? Played it back in 2019, doesn't seem much has changed. Could someone please clarify? If anyone knows.

Does anyone know the trick to level 3? Seems like no matter what I do I can't stop my reputation from tanking. People are either fighting or they're asking for food I can't possibly have researched yet. There's gotta be something I'm missing here.
