Mouse invert option? Rebindable controls?

Can i invert the mouse y-axis (up/down)? I can't play wihout it. Also, can i rebind the keys?

Do I have to die countless times just to get to other room? Isn't it a little unfair to have an unbeatable creature at the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ begining of the game? Please just remove him and put him somewhere else, it only frustrates me, it's not fun.
