I'm just trying to figure out the reasoning behind this game having a EULA.

Are you planning on making a sequel or working on another game? I love this game, was just replaying it on hard mode and really enjoying it. Was curious if you were working on any games at the moment?

...or is it mp3 only???

I saw one of those triangle thingys in what appeared to be an impossible to get place unless I gained a powerup. Wondering if I should wait to get the powerup or if I should try to figure out how to solve this puzzle now.

I would not recommend the game. The demo game is too hard and does not have very many instructions on how to play it using keyboard controls instead of a gamepad type controller.
