After buying Dreadmire I can not play multipayer - can't login. Changed password twice. Still nothing. Click "OK" and nothing happens. Anyone else have that problem?

Big turn off for so many people to have so much content paywalled on day 1...

This apparently released two days ago. I bought the DLC, but my game is still at version 1.8 and there is no way to use any of the Dreadmire content. I've re-downloaded the game and restarted Steam. It's not there. Little help?

Thought I would revisit this game, had to replay the tutorial to remind myself how to play and then tried playing a game. The tutorial was bugged, the med pack didn't save the soldier it was meant to and it gets stuck. Ok so I thought it would just be a tutorial problem and played a game, the med pack is weird and doesn't appear to be functioning correctly. Has nobody else noticed this? Sometimes it will prevent 2 damage, other times it wont....
