this game is the most disturbing, gory, sickening game i ever played. seeing dead babies, torture, suicide to name some, made me feel sick and shaky. why you guys think this game has not been banned?

I have an RTX3050ti, an i7 11800H and 16gb of RAM, even installed the game on an SSD, but the game is constantly stuttering or freezing, I tried disabling triple buffering and mess around with the settings to no avail, there's no way that an Unreal Engine 3 game runs like this, any ideas?...

I recently ran into a problem with Outlast 2, when I open the game, all of the game's sound is muted, I can't hear any voices/sound effects/music, the issue doesn't seem to go away no matter what solutions I try. I tried reinstalling the game, verifying the game files, updating my audio drivers, playing around with the in-game volume meter and the list goes on. Do you guys have any idea of a fix?...
