Kick ass party management game. Feels like a classic, plays super modern. Tons of customization if you don't like how the game is set up in the first place. I personally love the damage meters, it feels like a great way of gauging progress.

This game would've been perfect if the Developer didn't make this a "World of Warcraft Raid Mentality/JRPG" Boss fight fest.

You get 4 slots that are called Tank, Damage Dealer, Healer, etc
Straight out of a LFG WOW Party.

UPDATE on COOLDOWNS, The Game Developer explained to me that each INDIVIDUAL character has their own Cooldowns, not GLOBAL Cooldowns, which is good.
Because I was using "Auto-Attack" and all the character cooldowns were going at once, I got the impression that the cooldowns were global. Thankfully they're not.

UPDATE ON THE MAPPING.
OK, the Game Developer told me to turn on the "Permanent Automap" feature which makes the map work like other Grid Based Dungeon Crawlers, where you slowly uncover the map as you explore the Dungeon. This is PERFECT.

I never bothered turning it on, because the name of the mapping made it sound like you just get the entire map shown without exploring it, which would've been equally as bad.

I'm going to keep plugging through this and hopefully survive the Bosses, but I doubt it, because the last time I played was in 2016, and I remember quitting out of frustration because there was a Boss that kept wiping my party no matter what I did.
