Performance optimization update!

Fixes:

• Reduced the performance impact of grass and fog, increasing frame rate on all devices.

Additions

• New Steam Achievements:

  • "Caretaker" (Collect 10 Babies)

  • "No Tape Wasted" (Complete the game in under 30 minutes)

Fixes

• Fixed bug where camera would permanently stutter after crouching

• Added collision to a couple areas where soft locks could occur

• Resetting to checkpoint now counts as a death for "The Perfect Run" acheivement

• Moved elevator switch to back wall to prevent soft lock

• Fixed bench model overlapping

• Several other minor changes
