how has no one come up with a proper solution to getting this game to work? why is it I have to download something from unknown websites, or change my computer's settings around AND BACK? WHY IS STEAM ALLOWED TO SELL A GAME THAT DOESN'T WORK?!

It used to be visible on my steam page but I'm Puerto Rican and apparently this game is region locked. Presumably because of sanctions on russia and whatnot but we're part of the US for ♥♥♥♥'s sake, let us buy it!

I am unable to launch in windows 10? is there a patch available? I tried running at 800 X 600 and it still crashed so it's not a resolution issue.

I couldn't get the game to run with Win7 X64. It would give me an error about colors and textures. I saw some threads here about the 2GB memory limitation fix and I remembered that it was used for RRT3 and other games. There is a D3D8.DLL that you put in the root directory that fools the game into thinking you only have 2GB of RAM. It is on this page below.
