Why do some of the upgrades give negative income? Bug, or just the lack of real info on stuff in the game?

Prestiges?

What does the first Prestige do? Or better what do prestiges do in general? How do you gain experience? It seems time based so why upgrade at all?

Super Clicks?

I think I'm missing something -- I'm not sure how to do a super click. Mousing over the upgrade says I've done 0 of them. Any help would be appreciated!

Love the game!

I can't wait for more mechanics! I think it would be cool if we had like alien type eggs to breed, like we buy an egg for lots of energy and then we have to press it and it automatically start to breed on it's out (and that will take a while, kind of like space tasks) and when the creature gets free from the egg, that creature gives some sort of bonus!...

Is there reason to upgrade manual click? I thought it needed for exp, but exp bar grow with click upgrades.
