I noticed that on my PC (Windows 11), sound effects are several times quieter than music. I remember this wasn't the case a few years ago on a different PC. I tried reinstalling the game but the problem persists. Does anyone know what might be causing this?...

My game is capped atlike 60 and can't find an option to turn off vsync or even boost the performance a bit. Even tried looking at the config file for it but no luck
