Hello! March promises a lot of news, changes and long-awaited features:

• the Deluxe edition of the “Herald of pyre” armoured car from our March artwork will be available by the end of this week;
  
• the launch of the next season “The New Frontier” will finally bring the Founders back;
  
• the previously announced changes that will help solve the “speed inflation” issue will go live on the game servers;
  
• a new PvP map will be added;
  
• some of your favourite brawls will return, along with a new April 1 game mode;
  
• and you can expect a number of other surprises.

Hello, survivors! In the “Final Run” update we have added support for game recording if you play through the Steam client. Now you can record footage of your gameplay without wasting a lot of your computer's resources (NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards will take care of everything); replay recent moments of the battle; edit the resulting footage directly in the overlay without using other programs, and of course, share the result with your friends!

When enabled by the user, Steam Game Recording will capture your gameplay footage of games played through the Steam Client. It will not capture video of your desktop or other programs. You can choose to include the audio from other programs, such as voice chat programs. When recording and sharing, be respectful of others and abide by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the Steam Online Conduct Rules.

In the Steam Client go to Steam > Settings > Game Recording (or while playing a game, open the Overlay and then the Game Recording tab at the bottom of the screen.)

You can select from Off/Don't record, Record in Background (which will record anytime you play games), and Record on Demand (which will record only when you turn it on.) There are settings available to make sure your recordings don't fill up your hard drive, plus audio settings, shortcut keys, and more.

Game recordings (and their timeline) are shown in the in-game Overlay and in your Recordings & Screenshots viewer. From the Steam Desktop Client select View > Recordings & Screenshots.

You can choose where your recordings are stored on your hard drive from Steam > Settings > Game Recording. Steam is capturing both the video and the timeline in a raw format, if you'd like a video format (mp4) of your gameplay then you'll need to create a clip and export it.

In the Steam Client go to Steam > Settings > Game Recording (or while playing a game, open the Overlay and then the Game Recording tab at the bottom of the screen.) From Game Recording Settings you can select when you want your games recorded and customize things like the max disk space reserved, where they are reserved, what audio is captured, your shortcut keys, and more.

While in-game if you have a moment you want to come back to, you can drop a marker with Ctrl+F12. A blue marker icon will display at spot on the timeline so you can clip it later. You can also drop a marker when looking at your timeline, by right clicking on the timeline or by clicking the marker icon.

If you find a moment you want to save or share, click the Clip button to drop a clip suggestion on the timeline that you can adjust by dragging the end points, or using the Start and End Clip buttons. When you save a clip you'll see it represented with a yellow bar on the timeline, that footage has now been saved to your PC.

After clicking the "Clip" button and setting your beginning and end points, you'll see a "Save/Share" or "Share" button with a few options:

• Save in Steam - Saves the clip as you've edited it, to your Steam Recordings & Screenshots where you can come back to it later to edit or share. (Clips are the best way to ensure your best moments are saved, and not overwritten.)
  
• Export Video File - Export your clip to an mp4 format
  
• Copy to Clipboard - Just like you'd copy anything else on your PC. Paste it anywhere.
  
• Send to Other Device - Transfer the clip to a PC or Steam Deck you've recently signed in to. The next time you sign in to Steam on that device (within the next 2 days), your clip will automatically download there.
  
• Create a Share Link - Steam will host your clip and give you a shareable link that expires after 2 days.

Hello, survivors! Today, we would like to talk about our plans for the future “Battle for uranium” events. We will share what conditions the battles might have each month so that you can prepare your armoured cars.

Please note that all the information provided in this text is not final and may change in the future. This applies to both the PS brackets and the types of parts allowed for the battles.

• Rotors and robotic legs are forbidden.
  
• Gameplay: standard PvP missions “Assault” and “Encounter”.
  
• From 8000 to 10000 PS.
  
• You may take part in battles in groups or solo.

• Rotors are forbidden.
  
• Gameplay: PvP missions with capsules but without the armoured aircraft.
  
• From 10000 to 12000 PS.
  
• You may take part in battles in groups or solo.

• Robotic legs are forbidden.
  
• Gameplay: PvP missions with capsules but without the battle walkers.
  
• From 10000 to 12000 PS.
  
• You may take part in battles in groups or solo.

• Rotors and robotic legs are forbidden.
  
• Gameplay: standard PvP missions “Assault” and “Encounter”.

• You may only take part in battles solo.

• All types of movement parts are allowed.

Hello, survivors! The “Wasteland drift” season is coming to an end, as well as the war between the Scavengers and Syndicate for the Oracle activation module. It’s no secret that the next season is about the long-awaited Founders. These seasoned builders always have a ton of tough heavy machinery to pummel their enemies into the ground.

What have the Founders been doing for all these past years? They worked tirelessly on new brutal tools. In this first part of our blog, we’ll see the tip of the iron iceberg they prepared: an epic support module of a new type and a legendary ballista. Let’s go!

We remind you that all the new features described in the “Developer blog” are not final and may be changed before they are introduced into the game or may not make it into the game at all. This applies not only to information about possible unique features of new parts, but also to the appearance of the parts themselves.

Spread is a very unpleasant thing. The Founders seem to think so too, so they created a new type of module, never before seen in the world of Crossout, which makes their life easier by improving accuracy of fire.

In exchange for one energy unit, the module will provide several bonuses aimed at improving accuracy. For example, it will reduce the minimum and maximum spread. And its perk will increase the projectiles’ speed while driving slowly. A very useful gadget.

The Founders love the smell of heavy metal in the morning. Especially if it’s a piece of heavy metal flying on a ballistic trajectory towards an enemy car. Such a projectile can deal massive damage, especially if the enemy has lots of parts slapped on their vehicle. And of course you need a big ballista to send the slugger flying!

The new legendary weapon fires a metal beam that hits hard. The projectile deals increased damage to structural parts. We’re sorry to everyone who loves creating armour out of those. Additionally, a hit from the ballista has high impulse, which is helpful against melee enemies.

P.S. Like the “Ripper” disks, the beam stays stuck in the ground. Impressive!

Hello, survivors! Have you tried out all the features of the “Blueprints” tab and accustomed yourself to the improvements and new functions? Great! Now it’s time to return to battle and showcase your skillful use of minelayers in the “Wheels of doom” brawl!

Attention! The mode will be available from February 27 to March 5 inclusive!

• Familiar game mode with battles on preset armoured cars equipped with the “Dash” modules and the “Doom” minelayer.
  
• The mode has respawns.
  
• The victory is awarded to the team that scored more points in the allotted time for destroying parts and opponents. The battle ends if one of the teams scores 6000 points.
  
• The reward for the battles of the mode is scrap metal.

• Day 1: complete 2 battles in the “Wheels of doom” brawl. Reward: “Military reserve” container.
  
• Day 2: destroy or help destroy 5 enemies in the “Wheels of doom” brawl. Reward: 80 Engineer badges.
  
• Day 3: deal 4000 damage in the “Wheels of doom” brawl. Reward: “Klondike” decor.
  
• Day 4: earn 2500 points in the “Wheels of doom” brawl. Reward: “Humanitarian aid” container.
  
• Day 5: destroy or help destroy 8 enemies in the “Wheels of doom” brawl. Reward: 2 “Gladiator’s mark” stickers.
  
• Day 6: complete 2 battles in the “Wheels of doom” brawl. Reward: “Military reserve” container.
  
• Day 7: earn 5000 points in the “Wheels of doom” brawl. Reward: “Green chrome” paint.
