I got this game on Steam sale for a few bucks and it kept unplayed in my Library for quite a time. Finally I played it on my Steam Deck and, oh boy.

This game totally got me in the place of Henry, first allowing me to take some decisions in the beginning and later providing me the same feelings that him gets during the game: Lonliness, sadness, tension, fear, paranoia, dissapointment.

What starts from a nice and relaxed walk in the park rapidly traps you into a succession of strange circumstances that you really want to discover and unveil.

This game tricks and cheats you in a way that you can feel the tension of what's happening around, just to teach you later that sometimes things are easier and clearer than you initially could imagine.

Delilah's character and the growing relationship with you is absolutely top notch, you can really notice how it grows and evolves. Excellent acting (better than most AAA titles) helps a l ot to this. As you are completely isolated, the help and guiding of Delilah really gets to you.

I've read some bad reviewing appealing to the end but I think that the dissapointment the players can get with the end, is really the dissapointment the main character of game gets, and if the game could feel you like this, it's because you are really committed into it, and that converts it in a very special game.

The only debatable points I've found is the lack of variation in the story outcome despite so many options you have during the game and dialogs, and some moments in the game when you can feel that the path you have to follow is too strict or narrow.

But it deserves a very special place in my memory and heart, that's for sure.

I wish I could forget it and play it again for first time.

Do I think this game is good? Yes.
Did I enjoy it? Yes.
Do I think other people playing it would enjoy it? Yes.
So why am I not recommending it? Well, it's mostly a walking simulator with a podcast in the background. A really good podcast that is! But it's not enough for me to recommend it to someone. The game feels almost like a demo, like the whole game was building up to something bigger that you never got to. And aside from that, after playing through it a second time... there's no real replay value. It ultimately felt a bit rushed, I wish they could've expanded the story and the map a bit more on it to make you connect with the people that you talk to on your radio or that you read about, but after finishing the game you just feel like you missed something... then go back into the game and find nothing.

Again, the game itself isn't bad and if the price tag was 5-10$ I would recommend it, but not as it is.

Get it on sale and enjoy that story, other than that, you can ignore it and little will be lost.
