Limited-Time Holiday Event + New Map + Global Visual Upgrade

Ho ho hold your fire — the Christmas update for TriggerLand is here!
This patch brings a brand-new map, festive cosmetics, environmental upgrades, gameplay tuning, and important multiplayer fixes.

Holiday Event: Santa Outfit and Snow (Limited Time)

For the duration of the Christmas season, players can equip the Santa Outfit.

Select maps now feature new holiday-themed weather:

Snowfall
Frosted terrain
Seasonal lighting adjustments
Snow accumulation in certain areas

(Not every map is snowy — only the ones that fit the environment.)

NEW MAP: Camp Grounds

Nestled in the mountains by a lakeside, Camp Grounds is a wide-open arena focused on natural terrain and open combat flow.

Map Highlights

Mountain slopes with pockets of snow
Open forest layout with long sightlines
Combat concentrated toward the central clearing
Environmental storytelling: targets, broken structures, rusted cars, crates, and camp debris
Scenic lake backdrop

Lighting & Landscape Revamp (All Maps)

Every map received updates to:

Lighting quality and clarity
Landscape layers and blending
Shadow accuracy
Visual readability
Atmosphere and environmental consistency

This is the biggest environment update so far.

Gameplay Updates & Fixes

Fixed issue where clients could run backwards incorrectly or gain desynced movement.
Starter wave pools have been made more difficult.
All enemy factions received a 10% movement speed increase.
Tweaked running camera shake to be smoother and less jarring.
Small performance passes
Fixed a bug where ammo would spawn from the buy station even when you didn't have enough cash.

TriggerLand v1.03 — November Quality of Life Update

TriggerLand’s November update is here!
Version 1.03 focuses on quality-of-life improvements, smoother gameplay, and tightening up some of the rough edges players have been feeling. This month is all about polish—movement, enemy behavior, and performance—while we prepare for bigger content on the way.

Here’s what’s new:

Movement adjustments, including disabling backward sprinting.
Added light camera shake while sprinting for better feedback.
Tweaked enemy speeds and movement patterns for more balanced rounds.
Updated data pools to improve how rounds are generated.
Cleaned up several enemy voice lines.
Stability and performance improvements.

We’re also excited to share that our Christmas event is right around the corner. More details will be revealed in the coming weeks!

TriggerLand – Content Update v1.02

Revamped AI with improved pathing
Added 2 new ranged AI types:
- Mobile shooter (moves/evades before firing)
- Stationary shooter (attacks within a set range)
Introduced Bosses:
- Appear every 5 rounds
- Armed with PKM
- 2500 base HP
- Increased sight range
New Map: Interstate Aid Station
- Set in the Arizona Mountains
- Includes a gas station and roadside service facilities
- Acts as a remote hub for Police, EMS, and other roadside assistance
- Features a nearby Private Military Complex for added combat encounters
New Enemy Class: Dirty Cops
- Corrupt officers with unique combat tactics
- Feature over 250 new voice lines and variations for added immersion and personality

Bug Fixes & QoL

Moved Respawn Widget to prevent players from accidentally leaving the game
Reduced decay time for NPC projectile effects for smoother visuals
Fixed bug with wrong enemy types in wave data pools
Adjusted AI weapon placements in their hands for better alignment
Adjusted AI animation blending so they no longer look down/left when chasing the player
Increased health regeneration for better survivability
Backend code fixes to improve stability and performance
