(Disclaimer: I played this muted the second I saw there was voice acting.)

It's a generic dress-up game, but with no fun allowed and you can't even really do anything naughty because the artist's got a "thing" about people touching his OC, I dunno.
People praise the game for being free, but man, if any dress-up game ISN'T free, the dev's a scumbag, heh.
Thankfully this dev was nice enough to go the "free but with DLC" route, which is pretty neutral

I mean, as a dress-up game, it's got a good variety of clothes, but that's about the limit of what you can expect from it, there's no surprises here, no sliders to mess with, no NSFW toggle, no nothing, just drop stuff on her and recolor them, you can't even choose where hairpins go. (IIRC you can't change her hairstyle either?)
Heck, the game's even got a big negative going for it: you're dressing someone else's character.
A common thing with a lot of dress-up / generator games like this is that the character you make is yours, you pick expressions and clothing and skin colors and hair and so on, but here you're dressing "Helene" while her hamster sits there punishing you if you play the game "wrong" despite the fact the dev could've easily just not programmed in any response at all.

Overall I'd say the game's worth a "try", but that's about it. The art's nice and the clothing selection is good, but what else are you going to get out of this? You're not gonna save screencaps to share as your own "original character", and not enough people care about "Helene the character" to justify sharing her around the internet.
You're honestly better off going to some old Deviantart page or downloading Flashpoint and playing some dress-up games on there instead, you'd find games that are lewder, more feature-complete, less OC-heavy, and more customizable there.
