The software itself is great—there's a huge variety of models and voices, including those from the community. I really liked the idea of being able to upload your own models. I was having a lot of fun just chatting about random things with the bot until, suddenly, I couldn't send messages anymore. Looking at the site, I realized you need credits to talk to the bots, which is honestly pretty annoying.

A system to watch ads for credits would be an interesting alternative; having to wait or pay for something so simple feels unfair, especially since this is the main draw of the software and there are others with the same premise (and yes, I’m aware it’s expensive to keep a program like this running). Overall, it delivers on its promise despite this negative detail. The characters interact with the windows and taskbar, and it's nice to see them in the corner of the screen. The AI chats are a cool addition and work well too. At the end of the day, if you want a 100% smooth experience, you’ll unfortunately have to pay. However, it is usable, and I hope they improve these small issues in the future :c

My experience with this after 30 minutes, "You have sent too many requests in a short period. Please wait a moment and try again' and 'Subscriptions are disabled until final release".

Mind you I was not even for 20 minutes testing this looking around in settings, trying it out with my own API via openrouter and barely had more than 8 or 9 responses back just to be forcibly stopped. There is nowhere written that the voice is a 'premium feature' only on their own website, credits that the devs give you run out extremely fast on top of there being no real explanation for anything at all. Sorry not sorry but if I can't even test let alone use the product for longer than a few minutes then I don't see a reason to even try this compared to the other desktop companion apps. (Btw I am STILL waiting to be able to message or use the chat function after more than 10+ hours of waiting)

Also not being able to delete my account on their own official website doesn't help making this look less sketchy than it already is.
