I used to play SFC2 long ago when it was mplayer servers for pvp. Is this only a single player game now or are there pvp servers again

Either Empires at War or Orion Pirates? They both dramatically improve what this game already started, and I would adore to see either on here. Edit: SFC2: Orion Pirates was the standalone expansion to SFC2, and is the preferable choice.

I saw it says it only functions on older versions of windows, but will it work on windows 10?
