Here's proof of the illigitamacy of the Star Fleet Battles board game which impacts Interplay's Starfleet Command 1 game severly IMHO.

(this subject has been resolved to my satisfaction: see update #2) Hi . I'm here to present evidence that the Star Fleet Battles board game, the source of SFC1 to SFC2 Orion Pirates, when it first came out in the late 70s by Task Force Games, was not a legitimate official Star Trek game. Any word on Star Trek: Starfleet Command II?

Either Empires at War or Orion Pirates? They both dramatically improve what this game already started, and I would adore to see either on here. Edit: SFC2: Orion Pirates was the standalone expansion to SFC2, and is the preferable choice.
