Does not work

I have reinstalled, and verified files in cache, and game continues not to launch. Once I close down Steam, and relaunch the cilent, the game is running in the backround, but there's no way to access it. Win 7 Pro 64bit i7 4790K Nvidia 780 16 GB RAM

Xbox Controller trigger stuck

Does anyone else have a probably where the right trigger is stuck in the pressed position, forcing Gorbachev to shoot all of his darts? It makes the game unplayable with a controller.
