I have a regular normal Windows 10 64-bit, with regular normal Steam. I try to run Lux Delux for the first time. I get the message: "Steam libraries not loading. Please ensure Steam is running and try again. You could also try running 'Lux Delux TEMPDIR.exe' in place of 'Lux Delux.exe' inside the Lux Delux install folder." The step above doesn't help. Reinstalling the game doesn't help. Restarting Steam doesn't help....

So I just started playing and I understyyand that it's basically RISK, but it's also been a long time since I played RISK and I'm not quite getting how many people I lose or put into a fight when I attack a country that has no number on it. I kind of assumed those were undefended countries with no troops on them, but it seems at least one or two of my guys indeed die when I throw them at such territories....
