what the hell is up with M19?? ♥♥♥♥ those bulldozers man update: i beat it

I thought War Wrecker was unreasonably difficult -it's not if you figure out the pattern- but then I got to Kommie Kong. How am I supposed to deal with him when he shoots his stupid homing missiles at me, while also having only half or so of the screen?! I hope whoever said "Yeah, this boss is good" deeply regrets his decision....

I beat the game and I didn't unlock Boss Blitz. Is it not on the Steam version?
