Its kinda out of the ordinary when Arma TWO gets updatedin 2023, whats the occasion?

I'm getting this awful noise blaring at an extremely-loud volume in the main campaign. It doesn't happen in the EW campaign, though. The voice of the guy on the carrier at the start of the game is also extremely broken-up and distorted overtop the normal sound of his voice.
