What was in it?

DISABLE YOUR FRAME LIMITER ! I disabled RTSS and the game finally launch. I don't know if it is caused by Riva Tuner or just frame capping in general but disabling it solved everything for me !

its like Ubisoft didnt finish programming after the loading screen. They cant even make a menu screen. wtf is wrong with them. ill not give them anymore of my money. they can go kick rocks like Electronic Ass Games

I am reading a lot of topics here saying this. I am a bit worried. I really hope this isn't true or doesn't happen to me too. Anyway if you people have issues and Ubisoft doesn't offer solutions, make sure to contact in your country the European Consumer Center (they will contact Paris) and if there are around 3-5 up to 10 reports or better even more Paris ECC will be called and Authorities may fine and address Ubisoft that will have to aknowledge and solve it or pay back the users etc. This is happening ...

No patch notes... anyone know what it was?!
