I get intro screen up to start button and if i press start game closes , files checked o.k. any hint ? delete reinstall also no help

If anyone is interested, I can put my stream on and talk about my moves and why I'm taking them, but I might not look at the chat because I find it hard to concentrate as it is and too many errors would mean breaking the streak and making the whole thing pointless (none of my runs have been perfect, I'm an okay player). This is a message to the devs, I have 0 wish to debate with anyone. Every review I have read/watched has used the same phrase at some point. "Brutally Difficult" while that may attract some it is going to repulse many more. Not sure if anyone is still following the forum but I had a question. Tharsis was one of my favorite discoveries from last year. I got it as part of a bundle and fell in love with the concept and survival strategies. Are there similar games out there? I would love to see the ideas in Tharsis fleshed out with a deeper narrative and greater variety (e.g. different ship types, new hazards, more crew abilities, etc.). Thanks....
