Balance Changes and Bug Fixes!

I fixed a couple connection issues and then change some balance
- The lightening spell has some movement inaccuracy now
- The FISH IS GOOD NOW
- Kazoo spell +2 dmg
- Other minor stuff

If you played some games with people from another country, you may have noticed some stuttering on their movement. This should be greatly reduced now (hopefully).

i cant host or play a game

every time i host a game it spawns me in a blue void that just randomly kills me i add bots nothing happens i wait for my friend to join nothing happens its just a waiting game

and not just hosting when i join a game i experience the same effect and after i die i just spectate everybody,cant really call it a ping issue cuz i get good ping...
