DirectX Diagnostic Tool says it is supported? Anyway to fix this? (Direct3D DDI: 12, Featured Levels: 11_0,10_1,10_0,9_3,9_2,9_1)

My precious nailing hands seem to get stuck when selecting a new point for nailing way more often now. This makes it very difficult to choose a new spot, and the only fix I've found is shaking the mouse violently until it unsticks itself, or moving down the board if i'm lucky. Before, this would happen once in a blue moon, but it now happens several times per board. My hammer also gets stuck underneath the board very consistently as well. It's a coin toss if my hammer will start wedged underneath the boa...

I had a small patch downloaded (20mb or smth), after that i finally got the 20x streak achievemnt, full suite didn't work, so wiped the save, did everything again, got the full suite, but didn't get trusty tool, any idea what do to, maybe i need to only upgrade a single tool without upgrading other?...

Eventually the game just, won't let me put the nail down into the board? it's not always the same board not sure what's causing it

I'm pretty sure a bunch of the achievements aren't working correctly. In particular, the ones related to upgrades, nail streaks, and the one for hitting your hand don't seem to be activating. The nail streak achievements all got stuck at 2 in the achievement progress bar, but I got up to an 11x on my playthrough. The achievement for a 2x streak did unlock correctly. I know the game has only been out for like an hour, but I'm assuming others are having the same issue since those achievements are at 0%...
