Capybara Park is now officially registered for Steam Neo Fest 2025

This festival will allow us to introduce the game to new players before its final release, which should take place some time afterwards!

To celebrate the fest, the game will have a new demo containing a new Capybara to adopt, Jelly!

Our Capybara Park demo is finally available, and you can get it by visiting the dedicated Steam page:

This demo contains around 45 minutes of gameplay and lets you adopt 4 adorable capybaras in your park.

Hello everyone!

It's now been a few days since the Capybara Park page went online, and nearly 250 of you have already joined me in this wonderful adventure!

I'm writing this quick message first of all to thank you for your many messages of support and feedback! (Especially the r/CozyGamers community!).

I'd also like to keep you up to date on several things that will be happening soon:

The release of our closed demo: you can already sign up by joining our Discord[discord.com], it's just a matter of weeks!
The release of our open demo at the end of summer on Steam
The first DevLog should be out in two weeks's time.

If you have any questions or suggestions, I'd be delighted to hear from you on Discord!

Tried the demo

Hi: I installed the Demo under Steam Proton. It launched as far as the loading screen then it froze. I don't know if it just doesn't like Proton yet or just what, just thought I'd post the problem.

Demo Played and uploaded

Firstly I had to play this twice, the first time OBS decided to record a black screen for some reason. So for the second time all was going well until it crashed on me while I was trying to sell a box, and also I found a display issue where if you sell lets say carrots, and you have the inventory dialog open that shows the food it does not update until it's closed again so you might want to look at that also, as I've said I uploaded the video I'm sure you can find it yourself, I hope it helps you out in a...
