I noticed it was hard to make precision jumps reliably, and I'm pretty sure this is because the drop shadow disappears if the player is too high above the platform, so if nothing else, make it so the player's drop shadow is always at full-size. The problem could also partly be because the player's movement speed is too fast, though. Also, consider reducing the size of areas since there's a lot of empty space, even when compared to other collectathons. All that unused space makes the precision jumping segm...

Just played the demo, it was a fun little experience! I got a little frustrated though, because sometimes my jumps felt like they weren't being registered, like the double jump didn't give me any height after the first jump. I think there's no coyote time, which would be really valuable - where the player gets a small window to jump after walking off an edge. I also noticed that dashing multiple times in a row didn't seem to give me much extra distance. I hope you feel these are constructive criticisms, ...
