DON'T BUY ANYTHING UNLESS IT'S ON-SALE! Even seemingly simple tasks like setting up your controls is a pain. A ton of patience is required and you'll need to look up tutorials on other sites to even start getting up in the air.
Sadly, I'll keep flying as it is quite rewarding, BUT there should've been something to assist beginners like a training tab.

You have to buy more missions once you're in the game. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rip-off.

it's great, I prefer air more than ground and it truly is realistic as you WILL fly about half an hour in 8x speed for an escort mission.

you will want to buy on sale though because I aint paying $116 for some virtual planes like it's DCS.

It keeps Crashing all the time, and the controls for the joysticks don't really work properly

Absolute hell of a process just to login and link the damn steam account to get in, (imagine you'll also watch tutorials for the planes you'll fly but then you'll end up requiring tutorials just to login) after the process of logging in, checked missions and everything and I had NOTHING to play, no maps, no campaign, just looking it up and many others had the same problem as me. I bought this game to have fun and try the planes out but just ended up wasting my time on logging in, downloading 80 GB of content I would end up being unable to access.

Buy it from their website, but just dealing with the bullsh- I dealt during this process I am not buying any game from this franchise again (I'll miss out but I'll stick to the youtube crash compilations)

Bought it during sale: Battle of Stalingrad, Battle of Moscow, Battle of Kuban and Battle of Bodenplatte for 50 euros. Same price as 1 single plane in DCS. Absolutely worth it. Me 262 go whoosh, Tempest go boom, me happy.

I love flight sims and it looks great in VR the AI is good and challenging. Learning to follow the enemy and AOA won't take long.
