I finished the game in all modes taking "Sweetie" next to the box at the exit but when I finished it didn't give me the achievement, do you know if it is a bug or is there a way to save Sweetie in another way?

I spawned and and was told to press shift to run. and I immediately got eaten by a tunnel thing. if you buy this game after this free thing ends you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.
