At best it's a garden variety PS3/360 era cover shooter with a neat centerpiece of a weapon. At worst it's a visual eyesore with boring and janky bullet sponge bosses. The gimmick weapon has some fun uses during enemy ambushes, but when a big guy shows up, you're better off pulling out your standard gun and spraying & praying.

Maybe you'll glean something lorewise out of this if you're a Warframe fan. Otherwise, just skip it.

This game was awesome, and the boss fight in chapter 9 was my personal favorite and all. I liked how the boomerang is utilized in the game, though i think the final boss fight could've been better and the integration of the shop system was better carried out and there were a few more cutscenes to flesh certain things out, but I digress, I had fun time with this game and that is all that matters.

Though while this game was great and all, I am still not going to play Warframe. I like playing video game but not having a secondary job. Still, I can see this game encouraging non warframe players into buying warframe, because dark sector is a seriously fun time.

Im not gonna glaze it just because i like warframe, this game is just too old for me to like.
maybe if theres a improved version of the game in the future i would probably like it
