Why is that when I play the Axis and the computer is the allies the allies get advantages. For Example. 1. In game Artillery; they seem to be able to spread it all over the map whereas, when I play to allies you can only designate a small area. 2. Their Mortars get a lot and I mean a lot more shells. 3. Regularly their tanks can hit my tanks but my tanks cannot hit them! They can destroy my tanks but I can't even get a clear line of sight. Why is this so and is there a way to stop it. (1)Is there a guide I can look at that explains what all the values correspond to. (2)AND can I change these values to make the game more my own creation?

Me and my dad are trying to play in multiplayer but we keep on encountering one significant issue - it just blatantly won't load. We've been trying to connect to the lobby system for 20 minutes straight now with no success at all. What can we do? I did login to slitherine.com successfully but I still couldn't get the lobby system to work. It's a shame because we were able to play last year but not now....
